Isavel Mendoza, a 12th-grade student at Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The Second-Place winner is Teonna Randle, a 12th-grade student at Jefferson High School in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
